Who Youssef is

Youssef works on the lending side of real estate investing. As an Account Executive at Wisdom Capital, he is the direct point of contact for investors and the professionals around them, from the first look at a deal through structuring the loan and moving it toward closing.

His focus is short-term financing for investment property: fix-and-flip loans, acquisition financing, acquisition + renovation loans and construction financing, for both first-time and experienced investors.

How he approaches a deal

Every conversation starts with the property and the numbers, because that is where underwriting starts. What is the purchase price, what will the renovation really cost, what will the property be worth when it is done, and how will the loan be repaid? Getting those answers right early is what lets a deal close cleanly.

From there, the aim is clarity: what the lender will need, what could change the structure, and what happens next. Investors and their brokers, agents and attorneys should never have to guess where a file stands.

The goal is to be the lending relationship an investor comes back to on the next deal.

Relationship with Wisdom Capital

Wisdom Capital is a direct lender focused on financing real estate investors and investment projects, including fix-and-flip, acquisition, and renovation and construction projects. Because Wisdom Capital is the lender, investors working with Youssef are dealing with the source of the capital rather than an intermediary. Loans are made by Wisdom Capital and are subject to its underwriting and approval.
